Andy is a public affairs expert with nearly 20 years’ experience in the public and private sectors.
He has a track record of successful campaigns to change policy and legislation, handling high-profile political and media issues, and providing strategic advice at board and Ministerial level.
Andy has led public affairs for HS2 Ltd, Amey, and the Association of Train Operating Companies. Prior to that he was political adviser to the Local Government Association, and a policy adviser at the London Borough of Hackney and Brighton & Hove City Council.
He began his career at the New Statesman and has worked on general election campaigns in the UK and USA. Andy is a Fellow of the RSA, and a member of the CIPR.
