Daniel has spent twenty years at the interface between political decision-making and the promotion and operation of major infrastructure. He was Deputy Chairman of TfL, overseeing several multi-billion pound transport infrastructure projects, and he was a Non-Executive Director of Crossrail Limited. He both promoted the Mayor’s plans for a new airport and initiated work on Crossrail 2. He is co-chairman of Urban Design London.
A long-standing Councillor and former Deputy Council Leader, Daniel specialises now in helping landowners and other major entities to navigate the Whitehall, Westminster and local government maze to bring their interests in new infrastructure to the attention of political and official decision-makers.
